K&A Construction Electrical Division

K&A Construction’s Electrical Division carries out a wide range of works, working on Construction projects with K&A’s “Construction Side” and also independently with their own client base carrying out Installation, Testing and Maintenance works.

Key to our success within the housing sector is our ability to create an affinity with the tenants. This interactive tenant liaison helps to ensure that any works fit in with the tenant’s daily lives and ensures minimal disruption during the construction phase.

The Installation Team carries out Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects up to £250K. The client base includes Local Authority, Retail, Offices, and High Spec Domestic works.

Emergency Call outs

We offer a 2 hour response time to all our existing clients 365 days a year 24 Hours a day.*

Workforce

All staff are fully trained and CRB checked and they all carry Company ID. All projects are carried out to the latest BS7671 Regulations and with the Appropriate Health & Safety procedures.
